He can provide many examples of effective management in both operations and corporate settings and in union and union-free environments. He has participated as a member of several executive teams and been a valued advisor to Presidents and CEOs.
Mr. Ditko has managed the broad scope of human resources functions including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, labor relations, employment law and compliance, staffing, benefits, compensation and safety. He also has background in international operations, acquisitions and divestitures, and significant experience in reengineering and managing change environments. Steve earned a Bachelors Degree at Hope College, Holland, Michigan, and successfully completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Ditkos professional association memberships have included The Society for Human Resource Management, Society for Training and Development, Chambers of Commerce, and Commerce and Industry Association. He has served the community as a board member of The Urban League and The Salvation Army.
