Get to know our client’s culture and strategies. Develop a job specification, identify competencies, meet key people and understand chemistries and sensitivities.
Develop a written summary of the assignment for client review and approval including performance criteria for The Leadership Center.
The Leadership Center’s research team will identify potential candidates based on industry experience, job experience and skill base. Our research toolkit includes custom-designed strategies, the latest technologies and extensive use of our business network.
Screen resumes, conduct telephone interviews to find candidates who meet client specifications.
Conduct personal interviews and assessments to identify top candidates for client review. Personality profiles, background and reference checks, and other instruments may be included in this step.
Present client with a slate of qualified candidates for review and interview. A comprehensive report for each candidate will be presented at this time.
The Leadership Center can frequently play an important intermediary role in the presentation of offers and any required negotiations. We counsel both client and candidate through this process.
Follow up at one month, three months and six months to determine if candidate and client expectations are being satisfied. We will intervene as required to assure success.
